ENGLISH :
I was born in Paris, France, in 1974. Like all French kids in the 1980s I grew up watching Cousteau's adventures on TV every Sunday afternoon and dreaming of exploring underwater worlds, but it was not until the age of 30 that I had the chance to try scuba diving.
I immediately fell in love with it and since then I have dived in various locations, become an instructor and moved to tropical French overseas department Reunion Island where I have lived since 2006. I started underwater photography in 2007 with compact cameras, and upgraded to a DSLR kit in 2011. I am rather eclectic in taste, I like all kinds of shots, from macro photographs of critters in shallow rock pools to stunning reefscapes wide angle shots, including -of course- cetaceans in the deep blue.

Je suis né à Paris en 1974. Comme tous les petits français dans les années 1980, j’ai grandi en regardant les aventures de Cousteau à la télévision tous les dimanches après-midi et en rêvant d’explorer les fonds sous-marins, mais ce n’est qu’à l’âge de 30 ans que j’ai eu l'occasion d’essayer la plongée sous-marine.
Je suis immédiatement tombé dans le grand bain, et depuis j’ai plongé dans divers endroits du monde, je suis devenu instructeur et j'ai déménagé à la Réunion, où j'habite depuis 2006. J’ai commencé la photographie sous-marine en 2007 avec des appareils compacts, puis fait le saut vers le reflex en 2011. Je suis plutôt éclectique, je prends autant de plaisir à photographier du "petit" dans des piscines rocheuses ou lagons peu profonds que des récifs en grand angle, en passant - bien sûr - par les cétacés dans le grand bleu .
